The Polish – British round table is an annual meeting of politicians, diplomats, officials, intellectuals and representatives of business and the media from Poland and Great Britain, dedicated to the most essential issues on the European agenda. The first meeting was held in 2008. In May 2011, the forum focused on diagnosing the turbulent processes taking place in economic policy, the European security system and relations with our Eastern neighbours. The aim of the project is to establish a debate on the most important themes on the European agenda with the participation of government officials, politicians, experts and representatives of business and the media. The discussion on the most hotly discussed European and global problems is aimed at consolidating a positive opinion about Poland in Great Britain and the rest of Europe as an involved, active country with a clear vision of foreign policy.
