More residents of the scriptwriting scholarship

At the beginning of November Villa Decius welcomed two German writers, who came to Krakow as a part of the scholarship scriptwriting program carried out along with The Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation. Orlando Frick and Christian Sauer are going to spend a month in Krakow, working on their projects and establishing contacts with the local filmmaking circles and video game sector.

Orlando Frick – scriptwriter and a digital artist. Born in Lichtenstein, now lives in Potsdam, where he studied animation and scriptwriting (2007-2010). After working as a digital artist, he started to work with UFA Fiction, where he ran Digital and Online section, from 2014-2017. Since 2018 he has been working as a writer and editor in the field of film, television and transmedia. His script “Skyscraper” (fiction animation written along with Gregor Vogt), was nominated to German Animation Screenplay Award 2018.

Christian Sauer – a player from Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Recently published his own board game WARIGIN through Kickstarter, 18 years after he had created its prototype.
